My 15 month old daughter has sores covering her tongue and inside her lips. Her gums are also red, sensitive and swollen. Our HealthAid diagonsed it as a dermatitis virus. She will eat occasionally and drink a bottle when she gets hungary enough. She is incredibly miserable. Her teeth are now getting a build up of something and her breath is smelly. By wiping her teeth her gums bleed. She has a hard time sleeping. I've tried popsicles, numzit, jello and EVERYTHING to comfort her. She gets so frustrated sometimes she doesn't even want me to hold her. Does anyone have any suggestions to help comfort her. The health aid says theres nothing they can do. Its going on 7 days now and I'm out of Ideas and sleep. HELP!
