my six-year-old son has a top front tooth that is VERY loose but won't give with some gentle pulling. is there any reason not to either pull it with some force (dad's preference) or let it be until it falls out on its own (son's, and my, preference)? he's lost two lower teeth that took their sweet loose time without any problem. but dad's adamant about this one as it's so obvious and is hanging kind of crooked. it looks like it should pull out with just a nudge but it doesn't. thanks for any help.
