You can get it at anyage......i may be way off, but if medications aren't helping i think you need to look for a mental reason why she'd be doing it. I can't see why she could't be diagnosed. I'd take her back to the doctor and see what he says though....there may be another physical reason for it. I wouldn't rule out anything at this point.
