For a while i have been having shortness of breath.
When it first started i had diarrhea and stomach pain.
It started a little after my anxiety started. My grandmother said It was hyperventillation from
being nervous. My other grandmother said it was from growing pains, and my dad said it was gas. sometimes i get pains in my sides with the shortness of breath.
It never goes away, i always have to yawn to breath in deep. It seems the more i try to breath in the more difficult it is. sometimes it can be painful too. It can also happen at night. I try to breath in deep an i can't. Onetime it felt there was a weird feeling in my throat. I was afraid to go on rides because i was afraid i would hyperventillate. I honestly believe that it's nerves. Like if i am going fast and am closed in on a ride it would probably occur. Alot of times i will get tightness in my sides too. I really need some advice this is occuring all the time,
and very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please write, back i need as many opinions as i can get.
Thankyou,
brittany (:
p.s. sometimes the pains go into my back! Can it also be from being overweight carrying around extra weight. It can be the flight or flight reaction!
