Andrea, I would like to know what you experiece when you over do it, i live just exactly how
you explained to a tee! for 10 years. not many people understand trying to stuff a whole day's
work into less tan 1/2 a day.no night life,birthday parties,shopping,e.t,c..when i try to go to
something at night i suffer great exhaustion,like you hope you wake up in the morning! then
it takes 2 days to get back to so called normal. the important thing is not to overdo it and rest.
my wife is very understanding which helps.
