I have studied natural medecine for a couple of years now to treat a physical problem that I had ( not CFS) and during that time, I have read alot about vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that help with CFS and even cures it for some people. The first thing people with this condition should supplement with is Magnesium
This mineral was found to be deficient in most CFS patients and could be the cause of this disease. I would reccommend 750-1000mg of highly absorbable magnesium ( buy an organic form of magnesium). Also supplement your diet with hard water that contains magnesium and food like almonds, nuts, grains and deep green leafy vegetables that are rich in magnesium. Try this and good luck to you all
