I have had fatigue contiuously for the past 4 years and can not figure out whether I have CFS or not. It did not start after any flu or virus, just came on after a very hard year. Apart from frequent neck aches and headaches I don't suffer from any muscle pain, I sleep like a log for up to 11 hours at a time but just don't feel refreshed at all. I get dizzy spells and nausea, but don't suffer from any allergies.My doctor has given me the all clear every 6 months for the past four years, except for putting me on anti-depressants, which has done nothing to alleviate the fatigue. I still study and do well, don't suffer from mental confusion, but need to take regular naps. What is wrong with me??? Its hard to keep going sometimes when all I want to do is crawl under the blankets and sleep!! I have tried naturopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture, none seem to help very much. Does this sound like CFS? Can anyone help?
