Hello there! With regards Narcolepsy , can it be induced/aggravated by exertion. My point is how do you distinguish narcolepsy overwhelming fatigue from the post exertional (again) overwhelming fatigue of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Also - with narcolepsy is it possible for these overwhelming attacks to strike but just try to fight them off and stay up and about rather than them gaining the upper hand and sending you to sleep. Is it possible then to get into a vicious cycle when you don't want to go to sleep when these attacks happen , you do something exertional and then end up with an array of awful symptoms and pain which overlap with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. cheers
