Dear Leathan, Have you ever had a sleep study done? I think it would give you the answers you are looking for. Plus narcolepsy is one of the ailments that insurance will authorize for a sleep study. Personally, cfs fatigue does not put me to sleep the way that narcolepsy would. I do not know if there is any cross over. For most people with cfs that I know, the fatigue does not put one to sleep, rather makes one unable to function any longer. I compare it to someone pulling the energy plug and all of my energy leaving. arlene
