Let's see. Two hour commute, full time job, three kids, farm work, thyroid, back pain --- I'd be tired too! Can you work part time? Take a break. Stop and smell the roses. Take some time for yourself. Try some Yoga.or Reike or take up Folk Art painting. Something for yourself. It's O.K. to have a nap when you get home from work. 1/2 hour or so to yourself is not asking too much. Good luck.
: Hello. I do have a thyroid condition where I take Armour Thyroid replacement daily. My levels are good and I am feeling better in that respect but I am still always tired. When I get home from work, I just want to relax and sleep. I am no longer a good mother or wife and almost would prefer to be left alone so I wouldn't have to worry about them. I am tired! I am only in my 30's. I have always led an active life and am not overweight or anything. I get exercise, as I live on a farm with alot of animals and have three kids still at home. I also work full time and my commute is two hours a day there and back. I tested positive for the Epstein Barr a couple of years ago but was told it meant nothing. I also have Degenerative Disk Disease and my low back causes me to no longer live life as I would like to. I can't stand for any length of time as the pain will be excrutiating. Any comments or advice is appreciated? I am getting to the point where I just can't take this anymore and I either want to fix it or quit working and accept disability. I am struggling to make it and it gets harder each year.
