Just ran into some information on the net on a herb called maca. Sounds promising for chronic fatigue and menopausal symptoms. For men also. May be worth checking out. There is an interview with Dr. Viana Muller on the subject on Mary Shoman's thyroid site on about.com. Course I urge everyone with chronic fatigue to have their thyroid checked also. Get educated on thyroid. It's rampant and the #1 symptom is chronic fatigue.
