I have a really bad cold, now this morning (this is kind of gross-I apologize) I kind of like snorted-you know when you feel post nasal drip dripping so you catch it before hand in order to spit it out, well I did that and when I spit it out it had blood in it, it hasn't happened since but is this normal. Please note this came from my nose, my lungs are not congested at all! Thank you to whom every can answer my question
