Along with the advise in the other posts, you may need some immune support a little stronger than echinaeca. Have you tried Rhodiola rosea? You can buy the dried plant and make a tincture yourself (the plant's quite cheap). Also, couldit be your climate? I used to live in the high mountains and I always had lung problems -- until I came down to a reasonalble altitude! Best of Luck, Marie
: I seem very prone to the flu virus and I suffer from a bout of the flu approximately every 2 to 3 months. I have a healthy diet, and I walk 6kms 5 to 6 times a week. I have started taking echinaeca, which has reduced the severity of the sinus symptoms that usually accompany a cold. Each time I get the flu it hits me harder than the last time and it now takes me about a fortnight to fully recover. My doctor is not in favour of the flu vaccine as I am so young and healthy!!!! I also take plenty of vitamin C.Has anybody got any suggestions???
