Hi.
Yes it is actually good to work out if you get a cold. When you raise your body temperature it helps your body eliminate the cold. It is good to do some cardio. It will actually make you feel better. However, you don't over do it. When you workout too much it actually lowers your immune system.

On the other hand if you workout regularly and you are always getting sick, you may want to take a look at your workout. You may be over doing it. When you work your body too hard and don't give it enough rest between workouts you are actually doing harm to yourself.
