I have the same problem and doctors say not to worry but I still do! I would like to get to the bottom of this, doctor said it's like bidy builders who can pop thier pecks out but I don't think this is the same! It's very uncomfortable, could it be linked to smoking? I think its getting worse please respond, thank you.
