I had the same lightheaded (spacy-feeling)symptoms for about 1 1/2 years. The thing that ultimately cleared it up was kind of strange. I came down with an unrelated prostate infection. The doctor put me on Cipro (antibiotic 500mgs) for about 2 weeks after which time my prostate infection was gone and so was all my other symptoms.
