: : I have had this problem going on 4 months now. The doctors have given me the strongest anti-biotics possible and still no cure. My lungs are clear, my sinus are clear and all they can say is it may be bronchitis. I have had bronchotitis and this is not what it is like. My temperature will run from 104 to 97.1 at any time of the day. I go back to the doctor tomorrow. I can only pray they will have an answer for me. I am really tired and I want to get on with my life. I will let you all know what they tell me. I have a non-productive cough for 6 weeks now. It is driving me nuts!!! I've taken STRONG antibiotics but they didn't even touch it. I am also on flo-vent and that helps a little but I still hack (more like a honk). It starts out like a very ddep tickle in my chest then a strange sensation in my chest then I start "honking". Anyone have any suggestions???
