Wondering if I have sinus infection?

Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone else out there suffers from the same symptoms as I have. My problem started after I got a
cold in early September of 1999 (It's now December 27). During the first week of the cold I became dizzy lightheaded,
felt spacy and fatigue set it. I had a pretty bad stuffed up nose and noticed some streaks of blood in the flem when I
coughed.. My cold symptoms lasted about 3 weeks and after they cleared up (The flem, sneezing and coughing) my
head was still dizzy and my cheeks, upper teeth, pallete, and nose started to feel weird pressure sensation.. and my ears
and head felt like a bell that was continously ringing. I also had ear pressure and slight pain. I had a CT scan done about 3 weeks ago which came up normal.
Right now I still have these same symptoms.. The ringing of my ears/head, strange pressure.. pulling.. pushing sensation in my upper teeth,
pallet, behind the cheekbone, and bridge of nose and the fatigue have never left. The lightheaded and spacy fellings
are there as well. I'm scheduled to see and ENT in a week and a half. My main question is... Is it possible to have
sinusitis, but not be congested with a runny drippy nose? and not be full of mucus in the sinuses (According the my
Primary Care Physican who analyzed the CT there was no fluid buildup in the sinuses)? I always thought ongoing sinus
infections always had mucus and fluid in the sinuses?... Thanks for any help you can provide.
