I really doubt that there is any type of medicine available in allopathy to overcome cough,cold & flu. The virus takes it own course of time to disappear , but you can shorten the duration with the help of alternative therapies such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, herbs etc.
It takes lot of time & practice to get the understanding of these therapies to work. For eg. there are more than 50 plus remedies available in Homeopathy for cold & cough but the idea is to choose the right one.
