: : I'm actually looking for any advice anyone has to offer- I had a severe sore throat and swollen lymph nodes in my neck the other day. I was convinced I had strep throat. I had a fever, i was pale, and my body ached completely- I was very fatigued. I went to the doctor and they told me that my strep test was negative. i had pus in the back of my throat, and my throat was obviously sore, as well as my lymph nodes. He told me it was a "probably a viral infection" and prescribed Amoxicillin and reccommended Advil Cold & Sinus medicine. On my diagnosis sheet, he wrote that I had "PLEUZZITZ" or, thats what I can make of it. I cannot find this ailment in any medical dictionary or resource, and I'm wondering if anyone out there has heard of anything close to what I have described, or can correct my doctors' illegibility. Any information will be most appreciated! thank you!

i am so sick of going to doctors offices and sitting for hours for my sore throats. does anyone know of a website with a doctor who prescribes online. i would really appreciate it.
