I'm 21yo and I have gynecomastia on the right pectoral muscle that now resembles a breast. I am really self concious and won't wear shirts that will reveal my uneven pec. I have a high self esteem about my life and body but this poses a problem on the ego sometimes. I thought that it was breast cancer.(thank God it wasn't). If anyone knows how to help or any advice please respond.
