I, like so many of you reading this board have been mutilated by a cosmetic surgeon. I am going to sue him for negligence. I did'nt know where to start as it is so expensive. However, I found out by chance that I have legal expences cover on my home contents insurance policy which covers medical negligence. I am now able to fund my litigation. Perhaps some of you could check your policies, you may have the same cover.
How many of you think that taking out a specialist policy to cover medical-accidents is a good idea? A comprehensive policy where the costs of remedial surgery would be paid for also.
If hospitals, surgeons and clinics have to be covered by insurance then why not us? They are insured to fight you in case you make a claim. We need cover in case we have to.
What do you all think?
