Nasolabial fold implant correctly placed?

I had implants in my nasolabial folds 1 week ago. It feels as though they are placed immediately above the "fold" and not directly underneath it. This seems to accentuate the problem I was trying to correct. I'm wondering if I am being overcritical of the job. I would appreciate any information regarding the placement of the implants.
