Call your state's bar association to get a referral for a medical malpractice specialist. This doctor is considered one of the best so you will need a real heavy hitter to get under his skin. Go with a large, metropolitan, prestigious firm. Do not worry about having to front costs and probably a retainer (only the litigation mills will do a pure contingency w/o forward costs in a matter like this). You will have your upfront costs returned to you upon the case being (most likely) settled.

: I had Dr. J. Gunter do my nose. Now I am in a fine mess. I have called his office a million times regarding my breathing problem and the fact that my nose now angles off to the right side. They refuse to return my calls. My doctor, Dr. Bass, has also attempted to contact his office without results. What a mess! Now what do I do? I am so depressed. I feel like dying.
