jawline implants

Has anyone ever undergone a procedure to strengthen the line directly above the area where the chin meets the jawline. I do not need chin enlargement. What has happened is, that with age, I have an indentation in the "line" of the jaw where it meets the chin. I imagine that Gortex or Softform can be placed on the bone to prevent this indentation from getting larger. However, I am afraid of nerve damage and the possibility that you'd be able to see the implant through the skin over time.

Has anyone else ever had this problem and what did you do to correct this, if anything.
