IVANNA TRUMP get lip augmentation???

Anyone think IVANA TRUMP had lip aug? or PAMELA ANDERSON or MELANIE GRIFFEN? If so, I wonder what they used it seems permanent and consistent?!?! I was thinking silicone? at least with ivanna and melanie...as they got theirs done (if they did in fact) quite a few years ago. I know MELANIE GRIFFEN did. Look at old pictures. Any guesses would be wonderful. I am looking into lip enlargement.
