Sebaceous Cysts at 31 yrs of age -treatment & scar removal?

I have a rare condition which 3 Dermatologists call - Sebaceous Cysts. The are right under my skin and you can feel quite large lumps under my skin all over my back & chest. They do not come to the surface. I have tried Roaccutane but it made me feel horrible emotionally. Does anyone know any medication to stop them coming up as they still are and I am 31 yrs old, female so the scars look horrible and there are so so many. They can only be removed if they are pierced..
I have tried microdermabrasion...and had one scar lasered which simply scared again.
I am desperate as I use to have flawless skin and will travel to any part of the world for treatment from Australia.
