It's really nice of you to share your knowledge with others. You've done your research! Don't quote me on this but I heard Pitanguay has retired. Also that he is apparently the best rhino surgeon in the world. I think I heard that on this board actually. Try scrolling down. You didn't mention Pastorek on your list, but I see Michele does.
