: This Thursday night,at 10PM, MTV (yes, MTV) will be airing a new series, "True Life", their version of 48 hours, and this week, the series is about breast augmentation, and reductions. They follow 2 women, one getting implants, and the other getting a reduction/lift. They follow these women during consultations, pre-op, surgery, post -op recovery, and 6 weeks after that. It is not only a technical look, but an emotional show as well. This would be a great show to watch with anyone who doesn't understand why anyone would do such a thing! This show will be extremely postive.
This does not sound very positive. I'm shocked and appauled that MTV (a music channel) would have a show like this. Do you know how many young, impressionable Britney Spears wanna-be watch this show. I'm sure they will make the surgery sound so great, that these young girls will run out and get implants. SURGERY is not a joke, and should be taken serious.
