Nini,

I'm also planning on getting a mini tummy tuck. I've already seen a plastic surgeon for a consult. I really don't know what the price for a full tummy tuck. The price for a mini is around $3,000. That's just the doctor fee. That does not include hospital, anesthesiologist, pathology...etc. It does get very costly.

Also you mentioned that you did not want the scar from hip to hip that the full tummy tuck will give you. Well, that depends on your doctor and how much excess skin and fat you have. I'm getting the mini-tummy tuck and my scar will be from hip to hip. Just thought you'd like to know. Keep doing your homework on this, I know I will. When you do find your surgeon, ask all the questions you can think of .. even if they sound trivial.

Sonya
