If you have only had one rhinoplasty, I'm sure there is hope that it can be improved. There are surgeons across the US who specialize in revisions, but it's important you go to a specialist since second operations are much harder. There is a revision rhino group I belong to; we share info on surgeons and consults we have been on. You can try writing to Dean at DrBriggs@aol.com and ask him to put you on the list. There is hope out there.
As for the rest of the problem: I really don't know what to do about such a situation. Keep posting and I'm sure someone will have had a similar situation.
In the meantime, forget suing; it's my understanding this NEVER works. I know it's hard, but try to have hope: there IS help out there. Boards like this can help you find it.
