I have experienced that revision rhinoplasty specialists in the Netherlands are very difficult to find. So, I concluded that I have too look abroad and I see that in the USA there are many surgeons who specialize in revision rhinoplasty. The information on the internet is overwhelming! My nose at this moment is too short and small: the bridge is scooped out, the tip and nostrils are turned up- and backward and the naso-labial angle (relationship between upperlip and columnella) is deformed. Several reconstruction options are presented to me but I it is difficult to make a decision, I am quite well informed about rhinoplasty and have ideas about HOW my nose could be reconstructed. I absolutely cannot afford another failure and therefore I am very careful in choosing a surgeon. Time and money are not that important and I only want the best reconstruction option available. My goal is to reconstruct my nose as far as posssible towards my original nose. I feel that I need some advice and I would be very grateful for your advice and tips. My only question is: could you recommend surgeons who specialize in complicated revision rhinoplasties? Preferably in New York but also elsewhere. Thanks, M.L..
