Dear people,
PLEASE, COULD YOU GIVE THE URL'S OR E-MAIL ADDRESSES OF THE SURGEONS IN THE ABOVE LIST?
I am new to this forum and very glad to meet
with "companions in distress" with other words; people with a botched nose, seeking for improvement and the best surgeon.
I myself have found a few names that are NOT in the above list. I will mention these names at the end of my message, here I copy my standardmailing to surgeons:I am a Dutch man of 43 years and many years ago my nose was broken during an accident.
The fracture was neglected by several local doctors and during the years that followed I have gone through several "failure surgeries".
I have experienced that revision rhinoplasty specialists in the Netherlands are very difficult to find. So, I concluded that I have too look abroad and I see that in the USA there are many surgeons who specialize in revision rhinoplasty. The information on the internet is overwhelming! My nose at this moment is too short and small: the bridge is scooped out, the tip and nostrils are turned up- and backward and the naso-labial angle (relationship between upperlip and columnella) is deformed. Several reconstruction options are presented to me but I it is difficult to make a decision, I am quite well informed about rhinoplasty and have ideas about HOW my nose could be reconstructed. I absolutely cannot afford another failure and therefore I am very careful in choosing a surgeon. Time and money are not that important and I only want the best reconstruction option available. My goal is to reconstruct my nose as far as posssible towards my original nose.I feel that I need some advice and I would be very grateful for your advice and tips. My only question is: could you recommend surgeons who specialize in complicated revision rhinoplasties? Preferably in New York but also elsewhere.
Thanks, M.L..

Dr. Michael Sachs New York Central Park South 128,
I once met him in London but later he left me in the lurch; "I have no time to do your surgery".
I believe he only prefers the "easy" primary
nosejobs which he performs during lunchbreaks!!
I read he uses a substance called Tissueclay
to build up scooped-out noses, achieving beautiful
results. I would like to know more about Sachs and
his inventions.
