Epifacial takes a long time to work under the eyes - and it depends on a circulation issue or an internal pigment issue - only a Dr can tell. The BEST in NY is in Mineola Long Island - Maria Duvaul at Dr Johnson's office at the Leg and Vein Center.
In CA the guru is Dr Bitters, in New England it is Claire McArdles's staff at Beauty Therapies in Brookline, MA
