: Does anyone know of any relation between CF and tooth decay?
My daughter is going to be 4 in April and has had I think 7 cavities. We brush her teeth everyday and never put her to bed with a bottle or anything like that.
Both sides of our family has poorer teeth than we would like, so I think there are genetics at work
there also. I asked our ped.about it and he hadn't heard of any specific tooth problems caused by CF. Taylor drinks a lot of juice
and the dentist suggested more water, but I like the extra calories she gets from the juice.
