I am wanting to make up a physiotherapy wedge for postural drainage and wonder if anybody has any experience with the dimensions of making such a wedge that could be useful. I was wanting to make it out of foam rubber in a wedge shape with a flat top (from the side it would look like a triangle abutting a square). Any help on size and problems with such a shape would be appreciated. To have one made up, in Australia at least, is very expensive.
