Hi Melissa,

My name is Don and I had CF. I was diagnosed when I was 3 months old. I read your message board and wanted to write you. I have many friends that I talk online with that have had tranplants or have not. I had a transplant October 15, 1999, when I was 35. I look like I am in my mid 20's and now I am very healthy. I started to get sick when I turned 29. I worked for McDonalds for 12 years and went to college. My brother has Cf too and is 26 and doing well. My transplant was done at USC Hospital in Ca. If you want to talk with more CF friends I have alot and they are so kewl. Some of them are 18 thru 28 and older. I turned 36 in March.
