Speaking as a 32 year old with CF I would concentrate on how the other children respond to her coughing, smelly bowl movements & other things that are out of the ordinary for the other children. I am not sure how much this little girl knows so it is very important you try to cover all issues with the parents. Good Luck & You will find she is extra special with no doubt!!
