From my experience as a 32 year old with CF I find that diet is a big part of having a consistancy with feeling good. Of course infections are a big part of things, but if overall her lungs are good then look closely at her diet, amount of sleep & overall daily routine. Maybe she is running herself down without realizing it until it hits her hard. I lose weight easily so if I become worn down even with no infection it takes its toll immediately. Good Luck!
