I was diagnosed at the age of 15. I had a positive outlook and began excersing a lot. My lung functions actually went up (over 100%) until I was hospitalized for the first time at the age of 22. After IV meds, my lung function was about the best it had been. It quickly dropped back to my baseline which was still around 100%. It stayed there until a few months ago. I'm on IV meds again since my function was the lowest its ever been. They seem to be doing nothing this time. It seems weird I've been relatively healthy for 26 years and now this. Few questions I have: Are IV meds suppose to work everytime? Has anyone's function dropped a lot in a short period of time and you weren't able to get it back?
