I had a filling on the right side of my mouth just over a year ago. Since then I can't stand to eat on that side of my mouth. The dentist said that it will not get any better and that the only options are to endure it or root canal. For the last 5 days whenever I bend over there is pain that throbs in my teeth and jaw on that side. Today it is causing pain in my jaw continuosly. I have taken Tylenol and it doesn't seem to help. What are my options? What could be happening? I plan to call my dentist tomorrow. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
