Hi. My son is 4 years old. He has had brown stains on his two front teeth since he was like 1 and 1/2 years old. The other teeth are fine. My dentist asked if he had an injury there, but he hasn't. He doesnt know what has caused this. He says to wait until they fall out and they should come back in normal. I sure hope so, cause it's not very nice to look at. Anyone have any idea what this could be? He brushes his teeth regularly.
