I have a tooth in front lower area that i can just touch or lightly tap and it drives me through the roof,Prescription pain med.doesn't help,nor does advil kill pain much.Dendist has said in past was just a sinus infection,but I beg to differ since it is such an extreme pain if I barely touchit,can't chew or eat at all on that side,and if i bump it barelt it will hurt for 20-60 minutes afterward.what gives ??
