They will run around $5000 per implant. It is just a denture but snaps on to the screws. It still needs to be taken out and cleaned. Also, sometimes people can reject the implants. It also takes close to 9 months before the new denture can be worn. The screws have holes in them, and the bone from the jaw has to grow through these holes to secure it into the jaw bone.
