Don't worry about calling. I did the same thing when I had mine out. I was sure I had something stuck in there, whoops ate popcorn! lol So I too tried the toothpick thing to no avail and went in to see him. Actually the hygienist looked at me and I was fine. Nothing in there. But, thats why we are there. Call if you are concerned.
