Hi I was wonder can anyone tell me some information on having a partail denture?

I have two teeth just on one side missing right in a row. Can I get a partial for this?

How do they hook in and if somone out there has one are they comfortable?
I really hope this can be a awsner for me.I hate havig thses two missing. I am in the middle of looking for a new Dentist so I have'nt got to discuss this with them yet.
