Have you tried a toothpick? If so, go get a periodonal pick from Wal-Mart or somewhere and get it out. In my experience, that stuff works itself out eventually. The fact that it got in your gums may indicate you need to go to the dentist. Before I developed gum disease, my gums were very tight around my teeth and nothing could get in them. Now, I have to work at keeping food out of my gums. GO TO YOUR DENTIST even if the food comes out.
: HELP ME PLEASE! I have just finished brushing my teeth and noticed that i had brushed a herb under the gum - it looks like a varicous vein! Yeuch. Will it eventually work its way out or will it turn mouldy and become all festered?! When and should i go to the dentist? PLease someone put my mind at ease - I worry easily. Thanks to anyone who answers.
