I seen a special on tv about plastic surgery and there was a patient that had dimples made in her cheeks. The surgeon simply placed a suture from the inside of her mouth and up through the muscle of her cheeks and basically created a scar. It didnt look like a 'real' dimple to me, but the patient was happy.
