I had my 6 and 12 year molars extracted on the upper right and they are also coming out of my lower right today, I don't know for sure but I think i may developed "dry socket" in the upper because at the present time and for several days the upper and lower jaw, those 2 other teeth that must come out, my ear, my tounge and even some teeth that are fine are in ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE pain, I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't work, I can't even talk to people without yelling at them because it's incredibly, i've tried 800mg motrin, Vicodin ES 750 and over the counter drugs to help with the pain, nothing helps, I cannot tolerate it, i'm a 20 year old male and have went on routine dentist visits every 6 months for as long as I can remember, WHAT CAN I DO? I'm begging here, I hope NOBODY ever has to feel this!
