Homemade mashed potatoes with extra virgin olive
oil and salt and pepper are delicious (even when
you don't have dental problems) and go down nicely
after surgery. You don't need to use milk to
make them; follow any recipe, and just use a little water to get a nice smooth texture.
For dessert, again avoiding dairy products,
how about a nice Hagen Daas raspberry sorbet?
Happy eating...........Sinead

: You can eat more normally now. In fact, I was eating soft foods, like scrambled eggs, the night of surgery.
: Avoid eating anything that can get caught in the sockets, such as popcorn, anything with seeds, etc. I wouldnt necessarily bite into a tough steak as of yet, but you should be fine eating.
