I'm really worried now.. I've been a really busy person and a lot under stress and so I have not been to the dentist in 2 years. Around 1 or 1.5 years ago I noticed a little pain..but tried to forget about it and managaed to..then like 7-8 months when i was sleeping for liek 2 days in a row i had pain in my teeth.. but i managed to get over it as it wasn't too bad.. i didn't go to the dentist because i thought the pain was over and gone but then like 1 month ago my 2nd tooth from the right at the back of mouth on the bottom row turned a little black.. and now its more and some of it is chipped off after eating food..now i'm scared..is this tooth abscess? will the dentist take the rest of the tooth off and replace it with a new one as its too late? Please help me if someone can..=[
